This Restricted Fund is dedicated solely to supporting the needs, operations, programs and services of Alpha Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at Cornell University. All donations are tax-deductible (to the degree allowed by law) and any funds benefitting Alpha Chapter and its undergraduate brothers are expended under the auspices of the Alpha Light Fund, Inc. Board of Directors.
